This Bullying & Harassment eLearning course provides essential training on recognising, responding to and preventing bullying, harassment and inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. Learners will explore what constitutes bullying and harassment — including both physical and verbal abuse — the impact such behaviours can have on individuals and organisational culture, and how to contribute to a respectful, inclusive and psychologically safe working environment. The course supports compliance with legal expectations and organisational policy, and is suitable for all employees.
Course Aims
The primary aims of the Bullying & Harassment course are to:
- Define bullying, harassment and abuse and explain why these behaviours are harmful
- Raise awareness of different forms of inappropriate behaviour, including physical, verbal and psychological harassment
- Clarify organisational and legal responsibilities for preventing and addressing bullying and harassment
- Provide practical guidance on recognising and responding to concerning behaviours appropriately and safely
- Encourage positive workplace behaviours that contribute to respect, inclusion and wellbeing
Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of this 30-minute awareness course, learners will be able to:
- Understand what bullying and harassment are, including examples of behaviours that fall within these categories
- Recognise the impact of bullying and harassment on individuals, teams and organisational culture
