This Health & Safety Awareness eLearning course provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of workplace health and safety. Course Aims

The primary aims of the Health & Safety Awareness course are to:

• Introduce the principles of health and safety at work, including why proactive safety measures are important.
• Explain legal duties and responsibilities of employers and employees under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and related guidance.
• Raise awareness of common workplace hazards and risk factors, and how they can be identified and controlled.
• Provide practical guidance on risk assessment, hazard prevention and basic health and safety procedures.
• Support a positive safety culture, encouraging safe behaviours and effective incident reporting.
