Workplace Neurodiversity

This Workplace Neurodiversity eLearning course provides essential training on understanding neurodiversity and how it influences behaviour, communication and work style differences in organisational settings. Learners will explore what neurodiversity is, common neurodivergent conditions (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia), and how workplace environments and practices can either support or hinder neurodivergent employees. The course emphasises inclusion, reasonable adjustments, avoiding barriers and how individuals can contribute to a neuroinclusive and supportive workplace culture.
