This Awaab’s Law eLearning course provides a focused introduction to the UK’s Awaab’s Law and its implications for housing providers, landlords, managers and staff involved in residential property management. Learners will understand the background and purpose of the legislation, why it was introduced, and how it strengthens requirements around identifying, reporting and remediating hazards such as damp and mould.
