This Workplace Neurodiversity eLearning course provides essential training on understanding neurodiversity and how it influences behaviour, communication and work style differences in organisational settings. Learners will explore what neurodiversity is, common neurodivergent conditions (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia), and how workplace environments and practices can either support or hinder neurodivergent employees. The course emphasises inclusion, reasonable adjustments, avoiding barriers and how individuals can contribute to a neuroinclusive and supportive workplace culture.


Course Aims

The primary aims of the Workplace Neurodiversity course are to:

  • Introduce the concept of neurodiversity and explain its relevance in the workplace
  • Raise awareness of common neurodivergent conditions and how they may present
  • Clarify legal and organisational expectations relating to equality, inclusion and reasonable adjustments
  • Provide practical guidance on inclusive practices, communication and support strategies
